Yesterday was my first visit to Glow Medispa in Kirkland. The environment is very sleek with an ambient atmosphere that instantly puts one at ease. There are no aggressive sales tactics and information is openly provided based on interest.
Prior, I have gone to the same practice for 30 years, but late last year relocated to Washington. Before visiting, I was hesitant, but after becoming acquainted with Dr. Otto, and experiencing one of the treatments - Genius - RF Therapy, I am now certain I found the right place to be and return for all of my skin care treatments.

Started going to Glow a few months ago when a friend told me they commuted from Ballard to West Seattle, just to get Botox from Shanti. I had to check it out for myself, and I have to agree - Shanti is amazing! When I went in as a first timer for Botox, Shanti was informative, answered all of my questions and provided a great customer experience. The results after just one week were fabulous. I love this medspa! I saw Shanti today she is absolutely amazing , she listened to what I needed and was so professional and accurate, I love her work. I started going to Glow Medi Spa about a year ago for some botox injections. Heather treated me. We sat and talked about what I was interested in and she really listened! I took the plunge and decided to get Botox. Shanti is wonderful and knowledgeable. She took time to explain everything and go over the process. She was very transparent. I went to Shanti and absolutely loved her. She was really friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with me to achieve the natural lip filler and Botox I was looking for. On my first appointment we took a full half hour to go over my areas of concern and her thoughts on how to keep it natural and meet my goals. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend going to Shanti! I just saw her again this morning for a touch up and she was just great. Can’t say enough good things about glow med spa. Great spa! Super friendly staff. Great experience! Second time getting Botox and I decided to try glow (lots of great recommendations from friends). I met with Heather for my injections and she was AMAZING! Funny, personable and very knowledgeable. I was in and out in 15 minutes. 1 week later and my results are very natural and exactly what I wanted!During my treatment I mentioned how my main goal is to fix my skin texture - she recommended a medical facial. The staff are great (shout out to Danielle and Dr Dee) and they are amazing at setting goals with the client and coming up with a plan that is on point with the needs, budget, down time necessary, and time commitment. Absolutely wonderful experience here! First time getting ANY kind of "procedure" done. I got Botox to my crows feet area and eye brow area and it was... I came to Glow Medispa for Dermaplaning. My skin was rough, dull and I had pretty bad underlying redness. Danielle was phenomenal and she explained the entire procedure as well as explaining all of the products she used on my skin. Caring staff, great consultation where I felt comfortable instantly. After a talking with a few different places I knew this was the place for me. I love Dr. Dee and her entire team! Since going to Glow Medispa my skin has never looked better. I am often hesitant to try new product recommendations, but considering the time Dr. Dee took in getting to know me and my skin, I felt optimistic that my skin could actually improve, and it has beyond my expectations. Great experience as a first time visitor. I was interested in Latisse (which works) and it was super easy to make an appointment, they saw me quickly and I got tons of info regarding the product. Heather was who administered the injections and let me tell you, she was so professional, amazing and informative. Just saw Toni for my second IPL today. Results after the first round were amazing, actually debated about going in for second. The staff at Glow are amazing. Book with Joanna for massage !! Five stars isn't enough!!I had just finished a grueling 12 mile run earlier that morning and was thinking a massage might help with all the hurting that was sure to follow. I knew I was pushing my luck to get something same day, so I was thrilled when I was told there was an opening just a couple hours ahead.Joanna and I chatted just a bit before she started, including making sure she understood any preferences, etc and then the next 90 minutes was sheer bliss; perfect pressure, quiet room, and the icing on the cake was the extra attention to my feet.Looking forward to seeing her again very soon!! I have had 2 Infini procedures and my skin is so smooth. I went into this thinking my acne scarring has been with me for so long that I wouldn't see optimal results, but I couldn't be more pleased. I have had so much work done on my face for my scarring over the years and this is by far the best treatment I have had. No more lasers or dermabrasions or subcisions for me. Finally I found a wonderful doctor, Doctor Dee who is very skilled and is easy to talk to. My 3rd Infini procedure is this weekend and I am so excited to see over the next several months what a difference it has made. The best thing about Infini is that there is no down time. Thank you Dr. Kate Dee for bringing my self confidence back to me about my skin. My first impression was how beautiful, clean, modern, and tasteful the decor is when you walk into the spa. All the latest equipment.Mary is Dr Dee's nurse and she did my fillers. I had Volumna, Restalyn and Botox. She did a wonderful job. She's very artistic, takes her time, very patient and caring.I had a limited amount of time and Dr Dee took time to phone me on a Sunday to discuss what I wanted to accomplish. She also allowed me to take advantage of a special on Restalyn that had expired saving me $450. Awesome.The clinic is located on California Ave close to little shops, restaurants and coffee. It's also a very easy walk to California and Alaska Ave which is serviced by the rapid C from downtown so a very easy commute.Definently going back! loved my facial. Toni was great! I have been seeing Mary for all my facial aesthetic needs for years...I can trust her to provide effective yet natural results! I've been seeing Mary for the past 10 years for Botox & fillers. I have had Botox and fillers for over 10 years at some of the preeminent Plastic Surgeon and Dermatolgists practices in Seattle and Bellevue, and without question, Dr. Dee is the best. She is not only a skilled injector but takes the time to educate her patients on the procedure and takes a conservative approach. My Botox has never looked better AND I spent considerably less money than before. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Dee and her practice to all my friends. Gretchen B.

Contacted Glow Medispa regarding acne treatment for my pre-teen daughter. Dr. Dee took the time to assess my daughter's skin needs and suggested a 3 step cleansing and treatment plan. In addition, detailed instructions were provided regarding how and when to use the products. I even got a follow up call to check in to see how my daughter was doing with the kit. Thank you Dr. Dee for your help!! I no longer have to leave West Seattle to access a Medical Spa! I had a very positive experience with Dr. Kate Dee. She listened to what my concerns were, addressed them and also educated me on things I can do at home to ensure that my skin will remain looking it's very best. She's also very relatable so I felt comfortable with her right away. I'll be returning for future services. I have had several services done at GlowMedispa (micro needling with HGH, Botox and fillers) and Katherine has always been very informative about what the procedure entails as well what to expect post procedure. She is very honest about what she feels is the best treatment for her clients, versus other doctors I have seen that will just do whatever the patient wants. Wow, I am thrilled. I went in for an IPL treatment in early December and before I even got home (30 minute drive) I noticed a HUGE difference in my skin tone. The parking was great, the office included all the new technology and everyone was so professional. I cant recommend this enough to women my age (47) to preserve and protect their skin.
